Shipping & Returns


I'm glad to let you know what my return and shipping policies are. 
Below you should find any information needed to return a product now or in the future. In addition, I've shared about shipping your products no matter where you are located. 

Returns Policy
If your unhappy with your product or it doesn't meet what you were needing, 
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. I'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within aprox. 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). I try to get your refund done as quickly as possible to make you know I have your best interest in mind and want to have you continue as a happy customer.

I can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If I determine this is an issue, I'll certain contact you so your not left wondering.

When you place an order, I will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Many items have
free shipping so won't be a big deal for you.

I do my best to choose shipping carriers, whether UPS, USPS or some other carrier that have the quickest turn around time getting products to you and not charge an arm and a leg. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for
items I sell that I must charge shipping are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies I use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
